KEITH MEURLIN: President, Washington Airports Task Force since 2014.  Mr. Meurlin retired in 2005 after 28 years with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, serving as Vice President and Airport Manager of Washington Dulles International Airport in Dulles, VA for over 16 years.  Prior to being appointed as Airport Manager, he served as Director of Operations as well as Director of Engineering and Maintenance from 1977 to 1989.  Mr. Meurlin also served in the United States Air Force, retiring in 2009 in the grade of Major General.  He served on Active Duty, National Guard, Reserves and following his retirement from the Airport returned to Active Duty. He flew the KC-135, C-7 and C-130, Commanded five Aircraft Maintenance Squadrons and a Logistics Group, acting Vice Commander of Air Force Material Command and concluded his career establishing for the Secretary of Defense, the office of Wounded Warrior Care and Transition Policy. He is the Owner and President of The Meurlin Group providing aviation related consulting services.  Mr. Meurlin serves as a Director on the Board of Middleburg Financial Corporation, Middleburg, VA, and on the Board of the Dulles South Alliance.  He also is a member of the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission, serving on their Executive Committee and on the Loudoun Chamber CEO Cabinet.   He has served on the Board of Directors of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce, Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce, Committee for Dulles, Loudoun Convention and Visitors Association, United Way Loudoun County, United Way of the National Capital Area, and Chairman of the Heart Association of Northern Virginia.  Mr. Meurlin holds a BA degree from the University of Vermont, and a MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.  He also is a graduate of the FAA Executive School and the Air War College.
