Purcellville's Run for Research 5K

Each registered participant is asked to raise at least $200 for the Komen Organization. As the son of a Survivor, the ability to direct this event is a great honor and I would greatly appreciate your participation. This race is very similar to the "Global Race for the Cure" except on a much smaller scale. Thank you for your interest in this event. In case $200 seems like a lot to raise, most runners in races of this type raise between $1,500-$2,000 in donations. Please note that the Registration fee is $25. This is the only amount of money that the runner is required to pay. The $200 should be raised through friends and family.
