Rotary Pride - Scholarship recipient Heidi Moats

Heidi Moats, 2007 recipient of the Rotary Club of Leesburg Perry Winston Scholarship Fund, gave an engaging talk about the NTSB and her continued passion for aeronautics.  She graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in FL and returned to Leesburg to pursue her career.
