In addition to honoring and remembering our own veterans, former Navy SEAL Jim Campbell, USNR, will join the club tonight as a special guest with Melina, his wife of 25 years.  Jim will share fascinating stories and insights for our Veterans' Program.. This  annual tribute to veterans is always memorable and one of the highlights of the year.

Jim enlisted in the Navy in January 1980 and immediately went to Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training in Coronado, CA. He was then assigned to SEAL Team One, where he served in three Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and Special Operations platoons. He had many deployments from the Persian Gulf to Somalia and even to a totally secret location as part of a Special Operations Platoon.

A few of many career highlights include serving as a Department of Homeland Security agent and redeployment to active duty and promotion to the prestigious rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4.

Today, Jim continues his civilian career and his naval career.  Jim and Melina are the proud parents of four children, three boys and a girl.
